Special Interest

Women’s Health Physiotherapy​

Adela’s passion for Women’s Health physiotherapy deepened after the birth of her first child in 2016, when she truly understood how much childbirth affects the body. Adela loves inspiring women to better understand their bodies and abilities while supporting them in reaching their best health and goals. She has a special interest in treating urinary incontinence, prolapse, and helping women recover from pre- and post-gynaecological surgery.

Paediatric Physiotherapy

Adela enjoys working with young individuals with disabilities and developmental delays, and she has experience with various neurological conditions, including Cerebral Palsy. She implements tailored rehabilitation programs that aim to provide joyful therapy for those needing ongoing support. As an experienced prescriber of Assistive Technology (AT) for NDIS, she is eager to find wheelchairs and other AT devices to meet her clients’ needs. Adela also participates regularly in NDIS-related expos to stay informed about new equipment technology, ensuring optimal AT solutions for her clients.

A devoted wife and mother of two, Adela shares her life with her husband, a physiotherapist who is passionate about home renovations. An avid runner, she maintains her positive energy by staying active and enjoys spending quality time playing with her energetic young children.

Women’s Health Physiotherapy

Jewel is a dedicated advocate and expert in women’s pelvic health, focusing on issues such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and post-gynecological surgery recovery. Her journey into this field began when she worked with female clients in physiotherapy who struggled with pelvic floor issues but found it difficult to discuss them openly. Motivated by a desire to help others, she pursued advanced studies in physical therapy and women’s health, honing her skills and knowledge to better serve her clients.

Geriatric Physiotherapy

Jewel is one of our passionate physiotherapists specializing in the care of older adults in a private clinic setting. With a deep commitment to improving the quality of life for her clients, she integrates a combination of exercise therapy and hands-on treatment techniques to address a variety of mobility and health challenges. Jewel’s extensive experience allows her to create tailored exercise programs that accommodate the varying abilities of her clients. She is dedicated to helping them regain independence and confidence in their daily activities, fostering a sense of community and belonging within her clinic

Jewel is one of our accomplished physiotherapists with several years of experience specializing in the treatment of sports injuries.
She believes in a holistic approach to treatment, integrating exercise, rehabilitation techniques, and patient education to empower her clients.

Jewel changed her career from an IT consultant to a physiotherapist to pursue her dream. She is a passionate physiotherapist who enjoys her work. In her free time, she likes morning exercise, meditation, doodling, and painting. She loves chatting with her friends

Bob is

Bob has a strong professional interest in Men’s Health Physiotherapy and Golf Physiotherapy. He is passionate about supporting men through pelvic health conditions with clear guidance, practical strategies, and evidence-based care. He also enjoys working with golfers of all levels, combining movement assessment, strength and conditioning principles, and injury management to help clients perform at their best and stay injury-free.

Outside of work, Bob actively participates in community sports and youth development. In 2026, he participated as Coach and Manager for the Mini Eagles (U6 & U7) at Mansfield Eagles Soccer Club. Since 2025, he has also assisted as a coach at Ohori Judo Club.

Bob also enjoys home renovations, gardening, and camping with his family. He values time spent outdoors and embraces every opportunity to create meaningful and lasting family memories. His wide range of interests reflects a strong commitment to both community involvement and family connection.
