Clinic Support Coordinator/Receptionist

Casual Position – Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Clinic (Brisbane)

We are a professional and welcoming pelvic health physiotherapy clinic based in Brisbane
seeking a reliable and organised Clinic Support Coordinator / Receptionist to join our
team.

This role combines front-of-house reception with broader clinic coordination responsibilities.
It is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and confident working in a women’s
and pelvic health environment where discretion and empathy are essential.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth
day-to-day running of the clinic. Responsibilities include:

• Warmly greeting and assisting patients
• Managing appointments, enquiries and scheduling via phone and email
• Using Cliniko for client management, scheduling and record administration
• Processing payments through Tyro and managing invoicing
• Administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Assisting with WorkCover, TAC and third-party scheme processing
• Maintaining accurate records and strict confidentiality
• Supporting the physiotherapy team with general clinic coordination tasks

About You

• Professional, friendly and well-presented
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using Excel and Word, with experience in practice management systems
  (Cliniko experience highly regarded). No prior experience required — willingness to
  learn new systems is highly valued.
• Experience with Tyro payments and WorkCover/TAC claims is desirable, however
  training can be provided for the right candidate
• Comfortable working in a pelvic health / women’s health setting
• Previous medical or allied health administration experience preferred

Position Details

• Casual position $ 28.96 + Super
• Weekday availability required (no Weekend)
